Sant Niranjan Dass Ji is the current spiritual leader (Gaddi-Nashin) of Dera Sachkhand Ballan and a central figure in the modern Ravidassia community.
Through his leadership, the Dera has expanded globally while continuing to promote the teachings of Shri Guru Ravidass Ji Maharaj.
Early Life and Spiritual Journey
Sant Niranjan Dass Ji was born on 6th January 1942 in village Ramdass Pur near Allawalpur, District Jalandhar, Punjab.
From a young age, he was closely connected to Dera Ballan, regularly participating in seva and spiritual activities with his family.
Recognizing his dedication, Sant Sarwan Dass Ji guided him on the spiritual path. He later continued his journey under Sant Hari Dass Ji and Sant Garib Dass Ji, developing strong discipline, devotion, and commitment to service.
Leadership of Dera Sachkhand Ballan
After the passing of Sant Garib Dass Ji in 1994, Sant Niranjan Dass Ji became the Gaddi-Nashin of Dera Sachkhand Ballan.
